As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day management of clinical assignments, quality reviews, productivity and outcomes for a team of 10 medical case managers in our Maitland, FL office.
You will be part of (login to see company)’s ability management team, and will work with other clinicians and our Ability Analysts to have a positive impact on the lives of individuals affected by short-term and long-term disabilities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
College Degree Required
A minimum of three years experience managing people and medical or disability case management strongly preferred
As applicable, the Clinical Team Leader must hold current licenses, registrations, and/or any professional designations that may be required within the jurisdiction
Clinical Team Leaders with a vocational or rehabilitation background must have a Masters Degree in counseling and have a CRC and/or CDMS.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
Coach and develop staff while promoting a high performance culture
Ensure staff performs in accordance with productivity, quality and turn around time standards
Complete QA reviews and provide feedback as appropriate
Responsible for ensuring effective claim management and appropriate levels of customer satisfaction.
Work with the clinical case management staff to identify and maximize the functional capabilities of claimants particularly as this relates to RTW or ability to RTW
Coordinate learning and development of clinical case managers, as well as training for new clinical case managers
Support Management in the planning, communication, implementation, and maintenance of Business Objectives
