Job Description

POSITION

Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and supervises approximately 200 FTEs with five direct reports

Responsibilities include overseeing the complete clinical and administrative functions within six units including a PICU, SICU, CVICU, medical, surgical, and telemetry unit

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, with solid leadership exposure, dedicated attitude, mentoring abilities, and a strong patient focus. Individuals who have experience managing multiple patient care areas are preferred.

This organization provides services including cancer, cardiac, orthopedics, rehabilitation, women’s and children’s, and surgical services

The hospital offers state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient surgical and medical care and recently completed a $90 million expansion project, adding a new patient tower, medical office space, emergency departments, and surgical suites
