Job Description
Shift: Evenings and Night shifts available – 36 hours
Relocation Bonus: – Available depending on experience
Vacation – 10 days after 1 year of employment for Full Time and up to 25 days per year based on position and years of service.

The staff R.N. is a professional care giver who advocates and assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides safe passage and quality care to these patients in synergy with the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and collaboration with other health care team members
PREREQUISITES:
1. BSN preferred.
2. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
3. Successful completion of a graduate Nurse Residency Program orientation or six months experience as a Registered Nurse.
4. Required for advancement to the Charge Nurse role—must possess two of three criterion:
BSN—attain within five years.
Certification—attain within one year.
Experience—five years clinical competency/leadership in area of responsibility.
Basic BLS required.
Critical Care RN
ACLS. Minimum of one - two years experience in Emergency/Critical Care nursing required.
