Under general supervision, coordinates and provides quality, compassionate care to patients. May require direction or guidance of more experienced nurses; however, uses basic critical thinking skills when addressing routine nursing problems. Qualified candidate demonstrates a grasp of professional performance expectations in the domains of clinical practice, leadership/shared governance, professional development, and research/evaluation. Also contributes to the goals of the HFH Department of Nursing.

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing are required. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans also required. CERTIFICATION: RN Cardiothoracic ICU experience preferred. WORK SCHEDULE: 3/12s (36hours per week)
